Tee off from the marked starting area and throw your disc toward the basket, counting each throw as one stroke. Choose the right disc for the shot: distance drivers for long, straight throws off the tee, mid-range discs for approach shots, and putters for short, accurate throws near the basket. Grip the disc firmly with your fingers curled underneath and your thumb on top, then release it with a smooth wrist snap so it flies flat and stable rather than wobbling off course. After each throw, play your next shot from where the disc landed, just like in ball golf. A hole is complete when your disc comes to rest in the basket, usually by hitting the chains and dropping in. Play the course hole by hole and add up your strokes; the player with the fewest total strokes at the end wins.
