On your turn, take all the tiles of one color from a single factory display or from the shared center pile, and place them on one of your pattern lines or your floor line. Fill pattern lines from left to right with tiles of a single color, since each line only accepts one color per round and excess tiles you cannot fit go to your floor line, costing you points at scoring time. Watch your opponents' boards as you choose which tiles to take, since taking a color they need can force them onto their floor line, while taking tiles you cannot use efficiently wastes your own turn. At the end of each round, move one tile from each completed pattern line to the matching row on your wall, scoring points based on how many adjacent tiles it connects to, since clusters of tiles score far more than isolated ones. Plan your wall placements a few rounds ahead, since each row and column can only contain one tile of each color, and a poorly planned wall can block you from placing tiles later in the game. Track the bonus points available for completing full rows, columns, or color sets on your wall, since these bonuses often decide the final winner and are worth planning toward from early in the game.
