The Essentials

Rules

Each player takes a hand of cards matching the current player count and a set of colored chips.
On your turn, play one card from your hand and place a chip on a matching space on the board, then draw a new card.
Jack cards are wild: a two-eyed jack places a chip on any open space, and a one-eyed jack removes an opponent's chip from the board.
Form a line of five chips in a row — horizontal, vertical, or diagonal — to complete a sequence.
Complete the required number of sequences (two for standard two-team games) to win.

Tips

Watch the board for spots where you could block an opponent's near-complete line.
Save your one-eyed jacks for removing chips from an opponent's almost-finished sequence.
Corner spaces are wild for everyone, so plan sequences that use them.
Play cards that keep your options open rather than committing early to one area of the board.
